At Delivrgo, we strive to ensure a seamless and satisfying delivery experience. However, in rare cases where issues arise, we provide limited refunds as per the following conditions.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect item delivered

  • Damaged or broken product (e.g., broken glass, leaks, or unsealed items)

  • Missing items from your confirmed order

  • Order not delivered and cannot be rescheduled

 

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in these cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Wrong delivery address provided by the customer

  • Items opened or partially consumed

  • Delivery delays due to weather, traffic, or external factors (unless the order is undelivered)

 

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  • Contact us within 2 hours of delivery

  • Provide your order number, issue details, and photo evidence (if applicable)
